1.2 By purchasing the educational course offered by the school and registering on the school's website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3 These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and us, establishing and regulating the terms and conditions of registration in the school, implementation of the program, as well as the obligations of the parties. Before the commencement of the educational process, an additional agreement may be executed between the parties, which will form an integral part of these terms and conditions.
1.4 Expressing agreement to these terms and conditions remotely, electronically, or through any form or means of access to the website is considered and equates to the parent/guardian's agreement to these terms and conditions.
1.5 By expressing agreement to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to fulfill and comply with the obligations outlined herein.
1.6 For the purposes of the agreement between the parent/guardian and the company, the version of the terms and conditions published at the time of the student’s registration shall apply. The current version of the terms and conditions is available on the company's website.
1.7 The company reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to these terms and conditions at any time by publicly publishing/posting them on the company's website without prior notice or obtaining additional consent from you, and such changes shall be binding on you.
1.8 By continuing the student’s registration in the school after changes have been made to these terms and conditions, you confirm and agree to the changes made to the terms and conditions.
1.9 The processing of your personal data, collected during your registration at the school or subsequently from you or third parties, is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy available on the website [ https://www.skillwill.ge/data-privacy-policy ] and constitutes an integral part of the website's terms and conditions. By expressing your consent to the website's terms and conditions, you simultaneously agree to the Personal Data Processing Policy.
1.10 If the terms and conditions on the company’s website are available in languages other than Georgian, in case of discrepancies or conflicts between the texts presented in other languages, the Georgian version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
1.11 Terms and conditions terms used in the singular shall also be understood in the plural (and vice versa), unless the context of the terms and conditions clearly indicates otherwise.
1.12 Pronouns used to indicate one gender shall also be understood to indicate other genders (in translations of these terms and conditions into languages that use gender-specific pronouns).

2.1 "Company" or "We" - For the purposes of these terms and conditions, refers to the following entity: LLC Skillwill, registered under the legislation of Georgia, identification code: 406258730, address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo District, Mikheil Tamarashvili Avenue, N13ᴋ, Office Space N1, Floor 1, Block "A".
2.2 "School" - The STEM school organized and managed by the company, located at the following address: Batumi, Bagrationi Street N129.
2.3 "Website" - The website www.skillwill.ge, its subpages, mobile version and/or mobile application, and all other websites, mobile versions, mobile applications, software, internet portals, e-commerce platforms owned, managed, controlled, or provided access to by the company and which refer to these terms and conditions.
2.4 "Student" - A minor individual registered for an educational course at the school.
2.5 "Registration" - The process conducted by the parent/guardian via the company's website in accordance with these terms and conditions, involving the registration of a student at the school, completing all mandatory steps, and providing the required information.
2.6 "Content" - Any component of the company's platform, displayed, represented, or made accessible, including graphics, drawings, printed materials, photographs, images, sounds, music, videos, audio materials, texts, logos, symbols, databases, designs, software, files, and any other elements.
2.7 "Educational Course" - An educational program/teaching course announced and implemented/being implemented within the framework of the school, for which the student is registered.
3.1 The description of the educational program is defined on the company’s/school’s website. By completing registration, the parent/guardian agrees to the content of the educational course.
3.2 The academic calendar of the program is provided on the website or additionally communicated to the parent/guardian prior to the start of the educational course. The school may modify the calendar and will notify the parent of any changes.
3.3 The educational course will be conducted at the school premises.
4.1 The parent/guardian guarantees and confirms the following:
4.1.1 Has the authority to register the student for the school.
4.1.2 Is familiar with these terms and conditions and agrees to the obligations and guarantees stated herein.
4.1.3 Any information, data, and documentation provided to the company is truthful, lawful, accurate, current, valid, and complete, and will be updated as necessary.
4.1.4 Is not engaged in or participating in any illegal activity under the laws of any jurisdiction (including money laundering, arms trafficking, terrorism, or other unlawful activities).
4.1.5 Will promptly fulfill the obligations assumed under this document.
5.1 The parent/guardian is obligated to:
5.1.1 Comply with the norms defined by the school’s internal regulations.
5.1.2 Maintain a cooperative and respectful attitude towards the school and its staff.
5.1.3 Actively communicate with the school representatives in the interest of the student.
5.1.4 Avoid any prohibited actions under the school’s internal regulations and notify school representatives in case of violations.
5.1.5 Ensure the student does not carry prohibited items as defined by the school’s internal regulations (e.g., inappropriate technical devices, cold weapons, etc.).
5.1.6 Inform the school representative of the student’s health condition, particularly chronic/contagious diseases and allergies.
5.1.7 Not bring the student to school if they have a contagious disease and notify the school of their absence.
5.1.8 Refrain from unjustified absences and notify the school in advance of any anticipated absences.
5.1.9 Avoid verbal abuse, dignity violations, or undermining the authority of any teacher in the presence of the student.
5.1.10 Compensate for any damage caused by the student to school property or equipment upon the school’s request.
5.1.11 Appear at the school upon the representative’s request.
5.1.12 Notify the school of changes to the contact information specified in the agreement (residential address, phone number).
5.1.13 Resolve any problems or misunderstandings with school representatives.
6.1 By using the company’s services, the parent/guardian agrees not to:
6.2 Copy, reproduce, or create derivatives of any material provided by the company without prior consent, including for commercial purposes.
6.3 Access or interpret any website material as transferring intellectual or economic rights to the parent/guardian.
6.4 The educational materials, software, and platforms shared during courses remain the intellectual property of the company and are protected by Georgian and international copyright laws.
7.1 Registration is conducted by completing the mandatory fields/information and following the established procedures.
7.2 The parent/guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
7.3 The company reserves the right to modify, at any time, the mandatory data required for student registration or authorization.
7.4 The data provided by the parent/guardian during registration is stored in encrypted form and is accessible only to the student’s parent/guardian.
7.5 The parent/guardian is obligated to ensure that the information provided during registration, including personal data, is truthful, accurate, and complete.
7.6 The parent/guardian may update or change the information provided during registration at any time through their account access. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information on how your personal data is collected, processed, and stored.
7.7 Following registration, and no later than one working day prior to the commencement of studies, the student's parent or guardian is required to sign the individual agreement between the parent and the company, and also provide the company with additional information/documentation:
The company reserves the right to request additional documents as necessary.
8.1 The educational program’s tuition fees are announced on the school’s website. By registering, the parent/guardian agrees to the tuition fees and the chosen payment method and undertakes the obligation to pay in a timely and appropriate manner.
8.2 By registering for the educational course, you agree that the paid tuition fees are non-refundable.
8.3 If the parent/guardian opts for an installment payment plan but fails to pay the tuition fees, the company reserves the right to terminate the student’s services without additional notice and deny access to the educational course. The parent/guardian remains obligated to fully reimburse the tuition fees.
8.4 The parent/guardian may terminate the educational course by notifying the company before the end date of the current academic semester. Such termination will take effect from the following academic semester. If the parent/guardian violates the notification obligation, they remain liable to pay the tuition fees for the next academic semester.
9.1 Violations of the obligations set forth in these terms and conditions will result in liabilities as provided by these terms and conditions and applicable Georgian legislation.
9.2 The parties agree to indemnify each other for damages (losses) caused by partial or complete non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations, as determined by law or these terms and conditions.
9.3 The company is not responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information entered by the student’s parent/guardian during registration.
9.4 The company takes all reasonable measures to ensure the security of the student’s data but is not responsible for unauthorized access to such data by third parties.
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Georgian legislation.
10.2 Any dispute or disagreement arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
10.3 If the parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiations within 30 calendar days, either party may apply to Georgian courts for resolution.
10.4 Notices, correspondence, or other documents related to disputes shall be considered delivered to the company if sent to the following address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Tamarashvili St. N13ᴋ.
11.1 Neither party shall be held liable for total or partial non-fulfillment of obligations under these terms and conditions due to force majeure circumstances directly and unavoidably impacting their ability to fulfill obligations.
11.2 For the purposes of these terms and conditions, force majeure circumstances are defined as unforeseen, insurmountable, and uncontrollable events arising after the terms come into effect, including changes in legislative regulations, or temporary unavailability of premises.
11.3 The party unable to fulfill obligations due to force majeure must notify the other party of the occurrence and cessation of such circumstances within a reasonable time.
11.4 Performance of obligations under these terms and conditions shall be deferred until the cessation of force majeure, except for the payment of tuition fees.
12.1 Communication between the parent/guardian and the company for the execution of obligations or exercising rights and interests under these terms and conditions shall primarily occur electronically, through email addresses or mobile phone numbers provided during registration.
12.2 The company may also use alternative communication channels agreed upon by the parent/guardian, including phone calls or social media chats. All communication will be conducted in compliance with the Privacy Policy, considering the lawful purposes and grounds for processing personal data.
13.1 The parent/guardian may cancel the student’s registration at any time by contacting the company via the website or communication channels specified in the individual agreement.
13.2 To cancel registration, the parent/guardian must complete the identification process specified by the company.
13.3 The company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the student’s registration without prior notice if it determines a violation of the terms and conditions or applicable Georgian legislation.
13.4 The company may terminate the educational course at any time following the end of the current academic semester.
13.5 If a parent cancels a student's registration within one week from the start of classes, the paid tuition fee will be refunded to the parent within ten working days from the date of registration cancellation. To avoid any misunderstandings, after this period, if the student’s registration is canceled, the paid amount will not be refunded.
14.1 The headings used in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the content, interpretation, or enforcement of the terms.
14.2 If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, null, or unenforceable for any reason, such part shall no longer apply but will not affect the validity of the remaining parts.
14.3 The parent/guardian may not transfer or assign their rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the company’s written consent.
14.4 The company reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the parent/guardian’s consent, provided the third party ensures the same or better guarantees and responsibilities towards the student.
